Compensation
We are aware of the problem. Please report all team damage to the customer service team. Any action a player takes is noted for future reference. Accidents can happen e.g. tanks passing as you fire, arty splash damage, accidental collisions. Unfair to punish accidental damage we have to get it right, we cannot act on the fly.

Customer Service - Cut & Paste answers and lack of game knowledge
The team has expanded massively recently going from 6 to 30+. The office is getting bigger and we have new people from other companies with new ideas and processes. There are people in the office who should know everything and they should get back to you with an answer. We will feed this back to them, the customer service team is growing ridiculously fast and knowing the guys who are in charge of that, they are passionate about the game themselves.

British Tree - when?
We cannot disclose, sorry. As soon as we know we will let you know. We've been asking for the 7.4 video in English every day. Need to be aware that there is such a diverse collection to choose from across many date periods. They don't want to release until 99% sure they have it right. Very difficult locate to blueprints for tanks that never or barely existed. There will certainly be some fantasy tanks.

Fines for collisions
There's always stuff like that in computer games which we have to change. It might not have been brought to our attention or we might not have thought it ws that big a deal. When it is brought to our attention it becomes a priority. We rely on you guys to tell us what is important. We have physics coming up so why redo collision damage now, just add it into the phyiscs but then it becomes a long wait and something relatively small becomes much bigger. We have to make sure we get it right.

Better specials in different regions
The EU team is new and we are working on it. x5 weekends become the norm and people only play them. They also set expectations and people expect the next one to be something even better. You cannot please everybody. Tier 8 are usually 6 times the price of a medium so half pricing them would be a considerable cost reduction and that is against the way tier 8 is desinged to work. It's geared towards taking a while to get it and you have to work for it.

Matchmaking
MM is definitely something that is being worked on and is going to get pretty much overhauled. Anything that gets the players frustrated gets us frustrated.

Tiger I
The Tiger I performs perfectly, it just doesn't get the MM that its reputation comes from. In real life it faced Shermans and T-34s which are tier 5 in game. There is a historical battles section (near the bottom of the forum).

Transferring accounts between regions
Really don't know about this. Should technically be possible, would have to check.

Getting stuck on maps
Please submit a screen shot with the map grid. Please remember that different tanks use different models so some may get stuck where others will not. You are our testers for the game and are the best testers.

TKers - turn their tank pink for 24 hours?
We would want to buy that as a camo!

Spawn Points - are they random?
They are random except for certain maps where certain vehicle types will always be in a particular area, e.g. Westfield

How can shots miss when fully zeroed in?
Try using server aim (CAPS+0). There is random spread so it can just happen.

T-50-2
The T-50-2's days are numbered.

Arty - not enough safe locations
As the player base gains experience tactics change and people learn new locations all the time.

Tier 10 companies \ companies and Clans
There aren't enough company battles but there are plans to change that by making them more attractive. We want to make it more comfortable for new Clans to come in.

Observer mode
An observer mode is on its way. We are also working on delayed streaming of games (so no stream sniping).

Taking over AFK tanks
That's actually quite an interesting idea.

Detailed combat log & are game rigged
You're joining a game with 14 other people half of whom may not speak your language, whose tanks could be new or stock, who might always play a certain way regarldless. A lot of the time, when you don't have control over the outcome of a battle, it's easy to say that the game is rigged. We can't see a system to make people lose, otherwise you wouldn't get players with 60-65% win rates. Conversely, there are players with 45% win rates. You might have 10 people on your team who don't know what they are doing but then the other team might have 10 people who don't know what they are doing. We would like to see damage counters at the end of battle and will bring this up.

League\matchmaking system using efficiency
There is a thread on the forum about this. Please add your comments so it has weight to it and we will take it to the devs

Tank stats and camo values - why not published?
We're often talking about vehicles that never existed so they try very hard to match them to comparable vehicles. We dont actually get that many requests for this. Releasing camo values could compromise the balance of the game. They want people to enjoy playing the game, playing a stats game would spoil it.

French Tech Tree - was someone smoking something at the time...and can we have some please?
French tanks add something to the game that wasn't there before. They each have their own weaknesses. Plus, you have to get past the AMX 40 (massive laughter from all in room).

Jump from Tier 2-3 to 4-5
Tanks at 1-3 don't have roles. At 4+ you have a role on the battlefield. We want better tank descriptions, e.g. tier 4 lights being scouts. Once you get to a high tier try going back to the lower tiers - you can have a lot of fun. The community do a great job of helping each other with forum posts and training videos.
